A post doc position is open within the area of analysing the impact of the Danish Flexicurity system on Danish firms and workers, with particular focus on labour market policies. The research can be theoretical as well as empirical, but there is a slight preference for candidates who plan to do at least some empirical work. The post doc lies within CAFÉ (Centre for Research in the Effects of Active Labour Market Policies) and is financed jointly by grants from the Danish Research Council and the Ministry of Employment
Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent academic qualifications. Research potential and communication abilities are of particular relevance in assessment of applicants.
