Department of Food Science, Faculty of Life Sciences at University of Copenhagen is offering a PhD scholarship commencing 1.2.2012 or soon thereafter. The application deadline is 28 December 2011. The aim of the project is to improve the cheese making process by clarifying the role of calcium in structure formation of acid- and rennet milk gels. The project will be carried out in collaboration with Arla Foods Amba.
